Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Notes

Invincible Units:
Note that once you have this on and damage has occurred, it's irreversible.  Best to have this on if you plan to use SUPER DAMAGE.

Super Damage:
This is for EVERYTHING in the game, so DO NOT TURN THIS ON unless you have INVINCIBLE UNITS on!  Note that once you have this on and damage has occurred, it's irreversible.
